Volnynshops uses third-party payment processors, specifically Stripe and PayPal, to handle all transactions. While we ensure secure payment processing, any disputes related to the payment process itself (e.g., unauthorized charges on your card) should first be directed to your bank or the respective payment processor. Our No Refund Policy applies to the service provided by Volnynshops, not to the payment processing service itself.
Volnynshops reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time.
